The Conservative Christian Fellowship team are shocked and saddened by the tragic attack in Manchester.
Our Prime Minister Theresa May said "Our thoughts and Prayers are with the victims and the Family and Friends of all those affected."
Over the past few weeks CCF members have been out on the road across the Nation campaigning for Conservative Party candidates.
As of today all political campaigning has been suspended as all of our thoughts and prayers turn to the people of Manchester.
We always have a deep affection for the City.
Our team visited only recently as we look forward to joining with Churches in Manchester to welcome the Conservative Party Conference this autumn.
The Conservative Christian Fellowship passes on its condolences to the families of the victims and remembers all those injured in our prayers.
Amidst terrible tragedy we are once again reminded of the bravery and professionalism of our Emergency Services as well as the kindness of strangers and the love of friends.
Manchester has always been a City of community spirit, of welcome and of warm hospitality.
As the Prime Minister said "the cowardice of the attacker met the bravery of the people of Manchester."
We join in the prayers of all those from across the political divide as our Nation comes together at this tragic time.
A Vigil has been called this evening in Albert Square in Manchester at 18:00
We will update our members on how we can offer our prayers and support.
